“Mag de baas mee op teambuilding?”​

Toen we een tijdje geleden onze zoekopdrachten controleerden, merkten we een opvallende nieuwkomer in de zoekopdrachten.

Termen als “Leidinggevende mee op teambuilding” en “Teambuilden als werkgever” begonnen steeds meer naar boven te komen. Want ja… wat doet een werkgever nu eigenlijk tijdens een teamuitstap?

Om dat te weten te komen, zetten we een korte poll op onze website. (Je hebt hem misschien zelf wel gezien en ingevuld 🙂 ) We stelden aan 1000 bezoekers de vraag “Neemt jouw leidinggevende deel aan de teambuilding?”, en kregen de volgende antwoorden.

Mag de baas deelnemen aan een teambuilding?

Het merendeel van de leidinggevenden neemt dus actief deel aan een teambuilding, maar ongeveer een derde doet dat niet. En dat terwijl een teambuilding heel wat positieve gevolgen met zich mee kan brengen. Sterker zelfs: het is aangeraden om samen met je teamleden te werken aan de groepsdynamiek.

Wanneer de kapitein van het team zelf meedoet aan de activiteit, kan deze zichzelf van een andere kant laten zien. Hij of zij zet immers de rol van leider even van zich af, en gaat actief meezoeken naar een oplossing, probeert mee te bouwen aan een (niet-werkgerelateerd) resultaat, …

Kortom: de “baas” is tijdens een teambuilding een bijzonder belangrijke schakel in het verhaal.

Dus…

Mag de baas mee op teambuilding? Wij van Teambuilding Organiseren zeggen volmondig “Ja”. Sterker zelfs: het is een must voor een geslaagde teambuilding!

      We hebben zonet beide artikels even bekeken en naast elkaar gelegd met enkele mensen. Zoals vermeld in het artikel, is ons artikel gebaseerd op bezoekersstatistieken & peilingen. Het artikel is een samenvatting van die peiling en een raad die we willen meegeven.

      Wanneer we naar het andere artikel kijken, merken we dat hiervoor een ander standpunt en invalshoek genomen werd. Zowel de conclusie als tekst(structuur) gaan elk hun eigen weg uit.
